It may not come as a huge surprise that today is just as busy as yesterday.

The nice thing is that there is half a shepherd's pie left over from yesterday, so today's kitchen duty consists of re-heating that and making a salad (those vitamins need to come from somewhere, and they're for sure not in the pie). That means that I do have time for a walk outside, round the military barracks (no poles today). It starts raining a little while I'm out, which is OK because the track is mostly paved and my jacket and cap are keeping it off. It's also dark, but that's also not a real issue as there is enough light from the city reflected from the clouds that it is quite possible to see even without putting the head lamp on (which I carry just in case). Not meeting anyone except another one or two lone joggers.
